Welcome to the Trimble Feedback service ("Trimble Feedback service," "we," "us" or "our"). The Trimble Feedback service is a channel for citizens and other interest groups to give location based feedback to service providers in the area.
The information that the user submits is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not sell personal information about the user to others. Non-personal information might be published to the public so the user is encouraged not to include any personal information in the comment or picture.
We only collect data which is required for resolving the submitted issues. The data collected consist of the following:
The location of the device is used to determine the organization responsible for feedback in the area. The location is also included in the feedback so that the organization handling the feedback can locate the problem at a later point. If the user chooses not to send any feedback the location will not be stored at any time.
The Trimble Feedback service is used as a channel between the user and the organization handling the feedback. The information the user submits might be stored by the Trimble Feedback service and later by the organization receiving the feedback.
By using the Trimble Feedback service the user agrees that all submitted information, including personal information, can be used by the organization receiving the feedback.
